Independent Referral Affiliate — Real Estate Closing Gifts
ECHOLON is testing a kitchen closing-gift kit for real estate agents, brokerage teams and other business-gifting buyers. We welcome expressions of interest from independent referral affiliates who can make relevant, honest customer introductions.
This is an affiliate opportunity, not an employment vacancy or internship. The collection is not available to order yet. Initial launch research and expressions of interest are unpaid and do not earn commissions. Participation in research is optional. No sales activity is required before a written agreement is approved.
View the $499 per-kit market test. This is a test price, not an available product or established average transaction value. At a future $499 eligible merchandise sale, 15% would equal $74.85; this is arithmetic, not expected earnings.
What participation could involve
- Introduce real estate agents, brokerage gift buyers and other relevant businesses through honest, permission-based recommendations. No scraping personal numbers, automated texts, fabricated compliments or promises of guaranteed client referrals.
- Explain approved product information and disclose your commission relationship with each recommendation.
- Respect customer privacy, opt-outs and your location’s applicable rules.
No required hours, activity quotas, exclusivity, enrollment fees, inventory purchases, paid training or recruitment obligations. You choose whether to participate and which approved methods to use.
Compensation and launch status
There is no salary, hourly pay, appointment pay, benefits or guaranteed income. You may earn $0. There are no current kitchen sales to earn commissions on.
The proposed launch rate is 15% of eligible net merchandise revenue from your own attributed customer orders, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds and chargebacks. This is a proposal, not an active earnings offer. Final compensation, attribution, lawful payout terms and state eligibility will be established in writing before activation. No compensation is paid for recruiting affiliates or simply collecting an inquiry.
Express interest
Use our contact form with the subject “Kitchen affiliate interest.” Include:
- Your state and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Do not send a birth date or identity document.
- Your relevant experience or audience and the customer group you would introduce.
- A short example introduction that explains the prelaunch status and commission relationship.
- Your response to a customer asking you to promise an unapproved warranty or delivery date.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, identification documents or private customer lists. A submission does not create an affiliate agreement or guarantee acceptance, earnings or a launch date.
We evaluate relevant communication, accuracy, customer fit and judgment. Availability depends on your location and the appropriate legal arrangement. We are not representing that the program is available in every state.
